Our Story

The Brand Partnership was created in 2017 by industry veteran Judy Johnson. After devoting more than 35 years to leading global agencies and working in-house as a CMO and CCO, Judy founded her own business to work directly with clients to solve business problems with smart marketing and communications solutions. Today she works with clients in a variety of industries to shape or refresh their brand strategy, articulate their value proposition, market their services, engage their employees, and build advocacy with customers and others essential to their success. 

Driven by research-led insights and a results-orientation, clients call on The Brand Partnership for a wide variety of needs. Brand and communications audits, brand repositioning, marketing research, marketing and content strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, crisis/issues management, digital communications, and corporate and employee communications, are just a few. In-house departments and agency leaders also count on The Brand Partnership for a variety of services dedicated to staff development and improved operational efficiency and staffing. 

At The Brand Partnership, we are dedicated to improving our clients’ competitive advantage, internal and external visibility, and sales. Judy serves as the lead consultant and brings other senior consultants with 20-plus years’ experience to assignments as needed, including art direction, graphic design, digital and social marketing, media relations, advertising, video production, and more.
